两相混合式步进电机高精度细分驱动器的设计与实现 被引量:6

摘要 基于步进电机的电流矢量恒幅细分驱动原理,设计由STM32F103C8单片机、AD5336芯片和功放电路构成的二相混合步进电机的高精度细分驱动器,给出了电机驱动的硬件电路和步进电机的软件控制和校正程序。基本消除了步进电动机的非线性影响,确保驱动器高精度细分的实现,可满足较高的细分步距角精度及平滑运行等要求,提高了步进电机的运行性能。 Basing on the stepper motor’s principle of current vector constant amplitude subdivision driving,a high-precision micro-stepping driver which consisting of STM32F103C8 SCM,AD5336 chip and amplifier cir-cuit for the two-phase hybrid stepper motor was designed,including the motor-driven hardware circuit and the stepper motor’s software control and correction procedures to generally eliminate the non-linear impact in-curred by the stepper motor so as to ensure realization of high-precision subdivision,higher subdivision step angle accuracy and smooth running as well as to improve the operating performance of the stepper motor.
