摘要
介绍了国电宝鸡第二发电有限责任公司二期2×660MW机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统的工程概况,对脱硫控制系统的DCS硬件配置和主要顺序控制、模拟量控制进行说明,重点研究模拟量控制在吸收塔浆液p H值控制上的应用,并分析其中的不足,最后针对不足之处提出优化方案,通过对控制策略的仿真,验证了控制策略的可行性。
The limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulfurization system(WFGD)for a 2 ×660MW power genera-tion unit was described,including DCS’s hardware configuration and sequence control and analog control for the desulfurization system.Aiming at pH control in the absorption tower and its shortcomings,the special opti-mization programs and control strategies were presented.Simulation results prove their feasibility.
