摘要
针对某混合机转速控制系统的振荡和超调现象,基于工控机、PLC和变频器设计混合机旋转变频自控系统,并在GX Developer软件平台上设计旋转方向、速度、转矩的控制与显示流程。实际运行结果表明:优化设计后的转速系统运行效果在10r/min的设定值上,再未出现超调、衰减、发散和频繁振荡现象;而且其他转速设定值的控制品质也有同样良好的控制效果。
Considering the vibration and overshoot which bothering the control system of a mixing equipment,the IPC,PLC and frequency converter-based auto-control system for the mixing equipment which rotating at variable frequencies was designed and designing the control over rotation direction,speed and torque and display flow was realized on the GXDeveloper platform. The operation results show that this optimized speed system can work at 10 r / min along with good control effect and free from overshoot,attenuation,divergence and frequent oscillation.
