摘要 设计了一种以CC2530和NTC热敏电阻为核心的锅炉温控系统,CC2530控制核心实现对热敏电阻阻值的采集,数据通过无线网络上传到远程监控系统;同时,测温节点还可实现系统时间显示及保存设置参数等功能。在Lab VIEW中开发监控软件,可根据实际情况修改系统时间及温度上/下限值等参数,实现了各个锅炉温度的采集、实时显示及数据存储等功能。系统测试结果表明:该系统的数据传输稳定,测温精度达2.00℃。 A boiler temperature control system based on NTC thermistor and CC2530 was designed,in which,the CC2530 as the control core can collect thermistor's resistance and upload them to the remote monitoring system via the wireless network; meanwhile,the temperature measurement nodes can also display the system time and save setting parameters and the monitoring software developed in Lab VIEW can modify system time and temperature limits so as to realize the collection and real-time display as well as the storage of the boiler's temperature data. The test results show that this system boasts stable data transmission and a 2. 00℃ measurement accuracy.
