在丙烯氧化为丙烯酸的过程中存在两个爆炸区域,氧化反应的操作点必须远离爆炸区域。在介绍丙烯酸工艺流程、丙烯酸操作区域的计算、操作点和误差区的确定的基础上,重点论述丙烯酸操作区域和操作点误差区的集散控制系统实现及仪表精度对操作区域的影响。
The two explosion areas exist in the propylene oxidation to acrylic acid process asks the oxidation reaction to be kept away from the explosion area. The process of acrylic acid production was described,including the operating area calculation and the determination of both operating area and deviation zone and the DCS realization there as well as the instrument accuracy's influence on the operating area.
