摘要
针对现有感应式节水器需要额外消耗电能的问题,提出一种可自行发电的感应式节水器设计方案,利用微型水轮机和发电机回收管道中的水流动能进行发电,为感应式节水器供电。给出了工作原理,设计了节水器的机械结构和控制电路。实验测试结果表明:在没有外部电能供应的情况下,节水器完全可以以回收管道水流动能自行供电工作。
Aiming at the additional power consumption of the existing self-induction water-saving device,a design scheme for spontaneous electric induction water-saving device was brought forward,which employs the water flow energy in both mini-hydraulic turbine and electric generator recycling pipeline to power the induction water-saving device. The water-saving device's work principle,mechanical structure and control circuit were presented. The experimental result shows that this water-saving device can work well only-powered by the water flow energy from the recycling pipeline.
