摘要
根据用户项目对安全控制器在热媒炉控制系统中的要求,从热媒炉控制系统的功能和特点出发,选择S7-400FH PLC及其配套的故障安全F-I/O模块,搭建基于S7-400FH PLC的故障安全热媒炉控制系统及其网络。项目实际应用结果表明:S7-400FH PLC故障安全热媒炉控制系统能够实现设计功能和相关的性能要求。
According to customer's requirements for the security controller in the HTM furnace control system,and starting with both function and characteristic of HTM furnace control system,selecting S7-400 FH PLC and fail-safe F-I / O module to build this PLC-based HTM furnace control system and its network was implemented to show that this HTM furnace control system can satisfy the function design and performance requirements.
