摘要
为了在安全操作限度内维持反应变量的设定值、保证环氧乙烷的产量与收率,结合环氧乙烷反应系统的工艺,给出反应进料系统中氧气与乙烯的浓度控制、流量跟踪差报警控制、循环气压力控制和反应器汽包压力控制方案的设计实现方法。
For purpose of maintaining response variable's set value within the safe operation limit and ensuring both ethylene oxide's( EO) output and reaction yield,the process of the EO reaction system was considered and both control and implementation schemes for the oxygen and ethylene concentration control in the reaction feeding system,differential alarm control of the flow tracking and the pressure control of the recycle gas and reactor's steam drum were presented.
