摘要 针对目前水表号码检测装置(多采用脉冲式抄表与IC智能卡式水表)检测误差大且容易损坏的问题,采用图像传感器为水表采集部件,以DSP为图像核心处理单元,外扩DDR存储器与液晶显示器作为辅助设备,嵌入字符识别算法设计了一个字轮式水表号码识别系统。实验结果表明:对水表号码识别的正确率在95%以上,实现了多路抄表的功能。 Considering the obvious measurement errors and easy damage of currently-applied number measurement device for water meters which adopts pulse meter reading and IC card,a number recognition system for wheel water meters was designed which has the image sensor taken as the acquisition component,and the DSP adopted as the image processing unit,and the external DDR memory and a LCD employed as an auxiliary equipment as well as the character recognition algorithm embedded. Experimental results show that the accuracy of meter's number recognition rate stays above 95% and reading multiplex water meters can be realized
