基于PM50B4LB060的变频电磁抑垢装置设计与实验研究

摘要 设计了一种变频电磁抑垢装置,对装置的Ca CO3型污垢抑垢效果进行了实验研究。以ATmega128A单片机作为装置的控制核心,定时器产生双路带死区的PWM控制信号。PM50B4LB060构成装置的逆变和功率放大部分,简化了设计过程,提高了装置的安全性和可靠性。实验研究表明:装置可以有效抑制Ca CO3型污垢的生成,具有明显的抑垢效果。 A kind of fouling preventing device with variable frequency electromagnetic field was designed,and the experiment on the effect of Ca CO3 fouling suppression was implemented. This ATmega128 A SCM-cored device was equipped with a timer to generate double PWM signals with dead zone,and PM50B4LB060 constitutes the inversion and power amplification so as to simplify the design process and improve both safety and reliability of the device. The experimental research shows that this device can prevent the generation of Ca CO3 fouling together with obvious fouling suppression effect.
