摘要
目前,基于人工经验的模糊控制算法在改善过热蒸汽温度复杂对象的控制效果方面,仍存在理论研究和实际应用脱节的现象。针对此问题,设计基于S7-400 PLC的过热蒸汽温度串级模糊PID控制系统,采用OPC技术实现S7-400 PLC和Matlab之间的通信。在SMPT-1000锅炉设备上的仿真结果表明:该方案比传统PID控制方案具有更好的控制效果,可实现PID参数在线整定。
Considering the fact that when applying human experience-based fuzzy control algorithm to improve the effect of controlling superheated steam temperature,the theoretical study fails to coincide with the engineering application,a S7-400 PLC-based fuzzy PID cascade control system for the superheated steam temperature was designed which adopts OPC technology to implement the communication between S7-400 PLC and Matlab. Simulation on SMPT-1000 boiler shows that it outperforms traditional PID control in the control effect and it can realize the on-line setting of PID parameters.
