聚酯生产工艺分析与智能控制实现 被引量:1

Process Analysis and Intelligent Control Implementation in Polyester Production

摘要 以某聚酯生产装置为背景,分析聚酯生产工艺流程,并对其温度控制算法进行深入分析,通过对比传统闭环PID控制和串级PID控制的优缺点,设计并采用模糊PID控制器实现聚酯生产自动控制,并在组态王平台编程交互显示部分。仿真与实际应用结果表明:该控制系统符合聚酯生产要求,且优于传统控制方案,系统在某聚酯生产企业投运后,产品的树脂粘度稳定性提高了20%,树脂颗粒不溶物减少,树脂流动性与色泽均有明显提升。 Taking a polyester production device as background,its production process was analyzed,including its temperature control algorithm; through analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of closed-loop PID control and cascade PID control,the fuzzy PID controller was designed and the interactive display was realized on KingVIEW platform. Both simulation result and application show that this control system can satisfy the production and outperforms traditional control scheme. Its application can increase resin's viscosity stability by20% together with reduced insoluble resin particles and improved resin mobility and colure.
