摘要 以STM32作为核心控制器,设计工业生产现场有毒易爆气体探测器,由相关气体传感器检测气体浓度,并通过温湿度传感器检测气体的温度和相对湿度,同时进行温湿度补偿。气体探测器设计有以太网接口,可将多探测器组网,实现远程监控和数据传输。给出了报警电路、存储电路、人机接口电路、RS232调试电路和主程序流程。调试结果表明:该探测器具有精度高、响应速度快及稳定性好等优良性能,以太网数据传输也非常可靠。 Taking STM32 controller as the data acquisition and processing center,a gas detector was designed,which has a gas sensor employed to detect gas concentration and a temperature and humidity sensor applied to detect gas temperature and relative humidity and to compensate the temperature and humidity. The gas detector has Ethernet communication interface which can constitute a multi-sensor network and transfer data as well as realize remote control. The alarm circuit,storage circuit,human-computer interface circuit and RS232 debugging circuit were introduced in detail. On-line debugging system's hardware and software shows that this detector has high precision,fast response speed and good stability and can achieve Ethernet transmission.
