摘要
基于图像技术设计电厂锅炉火焰监测系统,采集到火焰图像后,采用三色测温法计算图像中各点的温度,并重建温度场,重建过程中为实现三色测温法的标定,用钨铼热电偶检测实际火焰中各检测点的温度。系统还包括火焰有效区面积和高温区面积的提取、平均温度和最高温度的显示功能。
The image-processing technology-based monitoring system for the power plant boiler flame was designed,in which,having the three-color pyrometry applied to calculate the temperatures of every pixel in the boiler flame-related images collected,and in the temperature field calculation,having tungsten-rhenium thermocouple employed to detect the real temperature of the monitoring points,including the extraction of flame's effective area and high-temperature area and mean temperature as well as the highest temperature calculation.
