摘要 首先对喷枪工作机理和影响因素进行分析,利用生产台账数据,建立了喷枪插入深度机理软预测模型和喷枪端压动态数学模型并验证了模型的有效性;其次重点进行了基于喷枪插入深度软预测的喷枪端压模糊控制研究,仿真结果表明:模糊控制效果优于PID控制。同时,通过OPC接口,在Win CC中实现了喷枪端压模糊控制曲线显示,为富氧顶吹炉喷枪控制的进一步工程实现奠定了基础。 The spray gun's working mechanism and influence factors were analyzed and through making use of production data,both soft prediction model of spray gun's insertion depth and dynamic mathematical model of the spray gun's end pressure were established and their validity were verified. The fuzzy control research of spray gun end pressure based on soft prediction of spray gun's insertion depth was carried out. Simulation results show that fuzzy control outperforms the PID control and through OPC interface,the display of spray gun's end pressure curve can be implemented in Win CC,this lays a foundation for the control of spray gun in the rich oxygen top-blown furnace.
