摘要
基于某石化企业的安全应急管理需求,开展构建应急程序化、图形应急指挥及应急预案等关键技术的研究,建立石化企业安全应急系统,并进行示范应用。
Considering the petrochemical enterprise's demand for safety emergency management,the study of key technologies concerning the construction of emergency procedures,graphics emergency command and emergency plan was implemented to establish petrochemical enterprise's safety emergency system; and its demonstration application was carried out.
