摘要
为提高CO等常量组分的检测准确度,研究了一种适用于以氢气为载气、以热导池为检测器的GC-960气相色谱仪标定方法。给出GC-960气相色谱仪的工作原理、标定方法与标定步骤,确定了GC-960气相色谱仪测试CO等常量组分的最佳实验条件。实验结果表明:标准气体A、B中各组分含量的实测值与理论值的相对误差最大为1.15%,标定后的GC-960气相色谱仪测定精度高,有效降低了实验误差。
For purpose of improving detection accuracy of CO and other major constituents,a calibration method for the GC-960 gas chromatograph which equipped with hydrogen as carrier gas and thermal conductivity detector was proposed. The GC-960 gas chromatograph's working principle,calibration method and calibration procedure were presented and its optimal experiment conditions for testing CO and other major constituents were determined. The experimental results show that,the maximum relative error between the measured value of every constituent content in A and B standard gas and the theoretical value can be 1. 15% and the measurement accuracy of GC-960 gas chromatograph calibrated can be improved together with an effectively-reduced experimental error.
