On-line Detection System for Valve Leakage Based on Acoustic Emission

摘要 设计了一种基于声发射技术的阀门泄漏在线检测系统。介绍声发射泄漏检测技术的基本理论和特点,分析阀门泄漏声发射信号的产生机理、信号特征和泄漏率与声发射信号特征参数的关联。给出系统的硬件平台,并在LabVIEW平台上开发了系统的软件功能。实验结果表明:该系统基于声发射信号均方根值能够实现不同工况下阀门泄漏率的定量计算和分级报警。 An acoustic emission-based on-line detection system for the valve leakage was designed and both basic theory and characteristics of this detection technology was described,including analysis of both generation mechanism and signal characteristics of valve leakage acoustic emission signals as well as the correlation between the valve leakage rate and parameters of acoustic emission signals. The hardware platform of on-line leakage detection system was set up and the software functions were developed at the virtual instrument platform to achieve quantitative calculation of the valve leakage rate and hierarchy alarm in different conditions based on acoustic emission RMS value.
