摘要 针对大体积混凝土传统测温方式存在的排线复杂、扩充性欠佳、人工读数易产生误差以及无法实时监测混凝土内部温度变化等问题,提出了一套基于ZigBee技术的无线测温解决方案。此方案中下位机由单片机CC2530构成多点温度监测系统,数据传输利用主从方式的ZigBee无线传感网络,上位机用LabVIEW软件编制监控显示界面,实时监控混凝土的温度。该系统使得监测点温度的实时性和可靠性得到了大幅提高,保证了施工后混凝土的安全可靠。 Considering complex wiring,poor extension and errors caused by artificial reading as well as the traditional mass concrete temperature measurement's difficulty in real-time monitoring of concrete's internal temperature,a wireless temperature measurement scheme based on ZigBee technology was proposed. In this scheme,the CC2530 SCM-cored slave computer constitutes a multi-point temperature monitoring system,and the data transmission employs ZigBee wireless sensor network working in master-slave mode,and the host computer makes use of LabVIEW software to monitor display interface so as to realize real-time monitoring of the concrete bridge pier temperature. This system can improve performance and reliability of the monitoring points greatly and both safety and reliability of the concrete after construction can be ensured.
