摘要
针对实验室小试系统对于污水处理成本和效果的要求,提出了基于GPC-PID串级控制算法的工控机加温控器的污水处理系统。GPC-PID串级控制算法的计算与数据处理能力强,系统调整容易,是解决实验室污水监控问题的合理方案。针对污水处理过程中污水成分不确定、污水量不确定的现象,GPC-PID控制效果比单纯的PID控制要好,且成本大幅降低。
Aiming at the cost and performance of lab experiment system,a wastewater treatment system which employs IPC and temperature controller and bases on the GPC-PID cascade control algorithm was proposed.The GPC-PID control algorithm has strong ability in computation and data process and it's a proper scheme for lab wastewater supervisory and control. As for the uncertainty in determining wastewater constitutes and volume,the GPC-PID has better control effect than PID control along with a greatly-reduced cost.
