摘要
以三氯氢硅精馏工序为应用试点,设计实现了先进控制和优化技术,开发了三氯氢硅精馏过程先进控制系统。应用结果表明:先进控制系统投运后,从过程控制与优化的角度进一步提高了三氯氢硅精馏过程的自动化水平,产品质量和收率得到提高,生产过程安全平稳,实现了三氯氢硅精馏过程的精细化控制。
Through taking trichlorosilane distillation for trial,both advanced control technology and its optimization was designed to develop the advanced control system for trichlorosilane distillation. Application results show that,this system can promote the stability of production,further improve the automation level of the trichlorosilane distillation,including the product quality and yield.
