摘要
为证明油井封隔器管柱力学理论的正确性并测试油井管柱封隔器的轴向载荷、径向载荷及扭矩等参数,设计了基于应变检测技术的存储式油井封隔器管柱载荷测试仪。介绍了系统中各模块的基本原理和整体工作流程。测试仪由井下数据采集系统和地面上位机软件两大部分组成。机械测试短接测井后起出,通过地面数据回放分析系统即可得到油井管柱封隔器承受载荷的数据。完成方案设计后,在实验室加工了测试样机并进行了室内测试,系统整体达到了预期指标,验证了方案的可行性。
For purpose of proving the pipe string mechanics' correctness of the oil well packer and testing the packer's axial load,radial load and moment of torque,the strain-testing technique-based memory-type load tester was designed for the oil- well tubing packer; and each module 's principle and working process in the system were introduced. The load tester consists of downhole data acquisition system and ground data playback system and when the underground test is finished,testing mechanical short with column is salvaged from the well. Through the ground data playback analysis system,the load data of the oil-well pipe string packer can be reached. Indoor testing shows that,this system can achieve the targets expected and the scheme feasibility is verified.
