摘要
针对动力堆乏燃料后处理中间试验厂中批式溶解器大吊篮到位信号无法有效检测的问题,从理论方面论证了吹气检测法的可行性,并根据计算结果重新提出了设备加工要求。在原检测方案的基础上进行了改进设计并通过多组试验进行了验证,结果表明:在设备满足加工要求的前提下,运用吹气法检测批式溶解器大吊篮到位信号的成功率为100%。
Considering the ineffective detection of signals of the batch dissolver 's big basket in place in process of spent fuel reprocessing,the air-blowing method was theoretically proved and having calculated results based to produce the equipment was proposed. Having original detection scheme improved and groups of experiments implemented to show that,on the premise of the equipment meeting the processing requirements,applying the air-blowing method to detect signals of big basket in place can bring about a 100% success rate.
