摘要
针对工业控制现场信号种类繁多,单个仪表无法满足信号处理的情况,提出一种多端口多类别的通用信号采集与输出方案,通过软件对CPU下发配置从而控制模拟开关的切换以实现对不同类别信号的采集与输出。该方案有效地实现了单个仪表对工业控制现场多种信号的处理。
Considering various site signals in the industrial control and a single instrument’s incapability in processing them there,a general scheme for both signal acquisition and output of multiport and multiclass signal acquisition was proposed,which has the software adopted to configure CPU to control switchover of the analog switch so as to realize both acquisition and output of different signals. This scheme can achieve the processing of a variety of signals effectively in the industrial control through making using of a single instrument.
