Design and Implementation of Functional Safety Pressure Transmitters

为满足安全仪表系统的设计选型和系统构成,根据IEC 61508标准设计研发了一种功能安全压力变送器,传感器部件基于非冗余设计实现了二重化功能,给出了电路部分的硬件设计。并进行安全可靠性评估和测试,取得了安全完整性等级认证。

In order to meet the design and selection and the system structure of SIS(safety instrumented system), having IEC 61508 criterion based to design a functional safety pressure transmitter was implemented, including basing on non-redundant design to realize dual functions in non-redundant sensors and hardware design of electric circuits. Through both reliability evaluation and test, the SIL certification was obtained.
