摘要
针对工业过程中一些难以测量的变量,提出一种基于灰色系统的软测量方法,该方法将灰色模型结合工艺生产过程进行建模分析,选择一组辅助过程变量作为灰色模型的输入,利用灰色模型的输出对复杂工业过程中的变量进行预测。采用基于灰色系统的软测量方法对VOD炉终点钢水温度预测的仿真结果表明:预测值的命中率较高,证实了该方法的有效性。
Considering some variables difficult to measure in the industrial process, a soft measurement method based on grey system was proposed, which has a gray model combined with the technology production process for modeling analysis, and a set of auxiliary process variables selected as the input of the gray model, as well as makes use of the output of the gray model to predict the variables in the complex industrial process. Applying it to predict the temperature of the molten steel at the end of the VOD furnace shows that, the predicted value has a higher hit rate and the method proved is effective.
