基于政府主导的医类职业院校校企合作平台构建研究

Research in Constructing School-Enterprise Cooperation Platform of Medical Vocational Colleges based on Government Leading

为了促进我国医类职业院校与行业企业更好地开展"校企合作",持续培养符合社会要求的高素质、高技能型人才,目前的医类职业教育办学模式需要深化改革。本课题组通过研究西方国家以及我国医类职业院校"校企合作"经验,提出政府可以通过法律法规的制定和完善、直接分管机构的设立、投入资金的保障、人事制度的配套完善等方面主导"校企合作"平台构建。平台一旦搭建成功,将会极大地促进我国卫生教育事业的发展。

In order to better promote the school-enterprise cooperation of our medical vocational colleges and enterprises,continuously cultivate high skilled talents with high quality who accord with social demands,the mode of medical occupation education need to deepen the reform.Through the study of school-enterprise experience in western countries as well as China's Medical Colleges,the authors thought that the government can lead the platform construction through the development and perfection of the laws and regulations,establishment of direct management institutions,funds guarantee,improvement of personnel system.Once the platform was built successfully,the development of China's health education will be greatly promoted.
