中职学生厌学原因分析与对策研究

Reason analysis and Countermeasure Research on Emotional Weariness of Secondary Vocational School Students

当前,中职学生厌学已成为一种较普遍的现象,各类职业院校都不同程度地存在,它严重影响到学校、班级的管理和教育教学质量的提高。针对目前中职院校学生厌学的情况,从管理角度应让学生减少违纪行为,增加学习的积极性;改变教学方法和模式,多举办实践活动,培养学生的学习兴趣;多与学生家长沟通交流,共同消除学生的厌学情绪。

At present,weariness of vocational school students has become a more common phenomenon,which exists in various vocational colleges and schools,having a serious impact on the management of the school and class as well as the improvement of education and teaching quality.Aiming at the current situation,from the view of management,we should allow students to reduce the violation behavior,increase the enthusiasm of learning;change the teaching method and mode,hold more practice,cultivate students' interest in learning;communicate with students and parents together to remove the weariness of the students.
