摘要 为了对运行管道完整性进行有效评价,利用自主建立的管道失效数据库统计了管道的基本失效频率,并应用管道风险评分体系综合考察了管道现状,进而修正了管道的基本失效频率。提出了基于统计数据与现状分析的管道失效频率计算方法,给出了5类管道危害因素的修正因子公式,建立了管道风险评分体系。该体系包含第三方损坏、腐蚀、设计制造与施工缺陷、运行与维护误操作、地质灾害5个一级指标,权重分别为0.3、0.3、0.1、0.1和0.2,同时包含相应的27个二级指标,并通过算例演示了其适用性。 In order to effectively assess operation pipeline integrity, the basic failure frequency for pipeline was carried out statistics by using Independent establishment pipeline failure database, and applied the pipeline risk scoring system to investigate the current situation of the pipeline, and then modified the basic failure frequency. Based on statistical data and current situation analysis, the calculation method of pipeline failure frequency was proposed, and the correction factor formula of five kinds of pipeline hazard factor was given. The pipeline risk scoring system was established. The system included the third party damage, corrosion, design and manufacture, construction defects, operation and maintenance misoperation, geological disasters in five weights respectively 0.3, 0.3, 0.1, 0.1, 0.2 level indicators and corresponding 27 second level indicators. The example demonstrated its applicability.
