摘要
为了探索和推动焊接钢管在输水等非油气领域的应用,介绍了目前用于输水工程的大直径管材的种类及国内外输水管材的发展情况,对预应力钢筒混凝土压力管(PCCP)、球墨铸铁管(DIP)和焊接钢管(SP)的特点、性能优势、防腐技术以及经济性等方面进行了分析。分析结果表明,焊接钢管具有强韧性高、承压能力强、焊接性良好、抗变形能力优等特点,并且现场施工接头少、效率高、维修更换快捷,在输水工程领域广泛应用。
In order to explore and promote the application of welded pipe in transmitting water and some other non-oil and gas fields, kinds of large diameter pipe for transmitting water and the development of water-carriage pipe at home and abroad were analyzed. The analyzing results of characters, performance advantages, anti-corrosion technologies and economies of prestressed concrete cylinder pipe(PCCP), ductile iron pipe(DIP), steel pipe(SP) showed that the welded pipe had the characters of high strength and toughness, strong bearing ability, good welding performance and strong anti-deformability, and there were less welded joints, high efficiency and easy to repair and replace in construction site. In recent years, the welded pipe gradually gained market recognition and widely used for transmitting water.
