摘要
采用壳聚糖与羧甲基纤维素钠形成胶囊将木瓜蛋白酶固定化,研究了固定化木瓜蛋白酶的最佳固定化条件。结果表明:木瓜蛋白酶的最佳固定化条件为:给酶量为50mg/100mL、壳聚糖浓度为0.2%、pH=7.5、50℃温度下,所得固定化木瓜蛋白酶活力回收率可达69.8%。
Using chitosan and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, immobilization of papain was prepared by encapsulation method. The optimum conditions for immobilization were studied. The results were as follows: the optimum load of enzyme was 50mg/100mL,chitosan was 0.2%, at 50℃ and pH=7 5. The activity recovery of the immobilization of papain was 69.8%.
