探讨了月饼生产企业在应用HACCP体系时,描述产品、编写工艺流程、进行危害分析、编制HACCP计划表等具体实施过程。
In this paper we discussed the specific procedures such as describing product, constructing technological procedure, conducting a hazard analysis and compiling the HACCP plan form when HACCP system was applied to the moon cake.
