横机添纱织物双眼导纱梭的研究

摘要 针对单系统横机生产添纱氨纶毛衫的翻丝情况 ,对传统导纱梭嘴的结构进行了分析。根据其垫纱不太稳定等不足 ,设计、研制了新型的双眼导纱梭 ,并对其加工提出了具体要求 ,对新型导纱梭的市场前景和经济效益进行了分析。 Aiming at the yarn knocking over defect which is of common occurence when plaited spandex sweaters are knitted on single feed flat knitting machine, the construction of traditional yarn finger mouth is analysed. In accordance with the disadvantage of unstable laying which was often presented on traditional one, a two eyelet finger of new type has been designed and manufactured, in which specific requirements to the process of newly designed finger is introduced. In addition, the market prospect for the new finger as well as its economic returns are analysed.
