本文通过大量的单因素和多因素试验,确定了新型耐嚼糖果的制造工艺参数,研制出一种咀嚼时间长,口感类似胶姆糖,有较好的粘弹性和硬度,可被人体完全消化代谢的新型糖果。
Based on many single factor and multi-factors experiments, technical parameters of new superior chewy candy were confirmed. It had characteristics of long chewing time 、 good elasticity and hardness. In addition, it felt like chewing gum when chewing and could also be digested completely .
