单氏丁桂散促进疮疡愈合的实验研究

Wound Healing Effect and Mechanism Study of Dinggui Powder on Experimental Animal Model

目的 :观察单氏丁桂散对实验动物的消炎、促进伤口愈合的作用。 方法 :据《药理实验方法学》进行抗炎、促进伤口愈合实验和急性毒性实验、病理学检查、抗菌MIC测定。 结果 :单氏丁桂散对多种致炎剂引起的炎性水肿有明显的抑制作用 ;明显缩短豚鼠伤口愈合时间 ;明显提高溶菌酶的活性 ;促进动物创面的白细胞、浆细胞浸润 ,毛细血管、胶原纤维增生。结论 :单氏丁桂散是一种抗炎、促进伤口愈合、低毒的外用制剂。

Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammatory and wound healing effects of Dinggui powder in animals and to explore the mechanims of action and safety of non-mercurial drugs Methods:《The Pharmacological Experimental Methods》were refered.The effects of anti-inflammation,wound healing and acute toxicity of dinggui powder were observed.The inflammatory and granulation tissues were examined pathologically.The MIC in vitro was also determined.Results:Dinggui powder distinctly inhibited the inflammatorily edematous processes.The wound healing in the group of Dinggui powder as quicker than that in the cintrol( P <0.005),markedly strengthen the activity of lysozyme.Histopathologic study showed dinggui powder promoted the infiltration of white and plasma cells,and the proliferation of capillaries and collagen.Conclusion:Dinggui powder is an anti-inflammatory,wound healing promoting and low toxic agent for external application.
