科技进步对医院经济增长的贡献率探讨

A Study of Relationship between the Technological Progress and Economic Growth in Hospital Based on Production Function

目的 探讨科技进步对医院经济增长的贡献率。方法 应用柯布 道格拉斯生产函数和索洛函数模型 ,对某市三级甲等医院 1990— 2 0 0 0年的投入与产出进行分析。结果 该院 1990— 2 0 0 0年经济年平均增长19 2 0 % ,劳动力投入、资本投入、科技进步对经济增长的影响率分别为 :4 5 3%、2 80 %、12 34% ,贡献率分别为 :2 3 0 1%、14 2 4 %、6 2 73%。结论 科技进步对该医院经济增长有较大的影响 ,贡献率逐步提高 。

Objective To explore the relationship between technological progress and its contributing rate in economic growth in hospital. Methods The mode of G.W.Cobe P.H.Douglas production function and Soro function are applied to analyze the input and output of 1990～2000 in a Grade 3 Class A hospital. Results This hospital′s economy increases by 19.2% on average during 1990～2000. The labor force, investment and technological progress have an impact on the economy increase respectively by 4.53%, 2.8% and 12.34%, in which their contributing rates are 23.01%, 14 24% and 62.73%. Conclusion Technological progress has a great influence on the economic growth in the hospital and its contributing rates rise gradually.
