云南省医疗医师配置标准测算及制定方法

Methods of Establishment of the Allocation Standards for Medical Doctors in Yunnan Province

目的 根据区域卫生规划的要求 ,制定云南省医疗医师的配置标准。方法 作云南省各区域分类标志值与医疗医师供给的回归分析 ,利用回归方程计算医师配置量。结果 区域分类标志值与医疗医师供给存在直线回归关系 ,回归方程为 y =- 0 .0 6 84 +0 .0 2 0 12x。

Objective According to the requirement of regional health planning, to establish the allocation standards for medical doctors in Yunnan province. Methods To make a linear regression analysis with regional indicator as independent variable( x ) and effective numbers of medical doctors as dependent variable( y ). And then calculate the needed numbers of medical doctors by the regression equation. Results There is a linear regression relationship between regional indicator and the numbers of medical doctor with regression equation y=-0.068 4+0.020 12x. Conclusion The allocation standards for medical doctors are scientific and suitable to the situations of Yunnan province.
