6—12岁癫痫患儿EEG与IQ对比分析及相关性探讨

A comparison and corelative analysis of EEG and IQ in 6～12 years old patients with primary epilepsy

目的 探讨EEG在原发性癫痫患儿诊断、分型方面意义 ;癫痫患儿EEG与IQ相关性对比分析。方法 对 70例 6-12岁原发性癫痫患儿进行EEG常规测定和IQ测定。结果 70例 6-12岁原发性癫痫患儿EEG异常率为 65 .71% ,癫痫波检出率为 2 2 .3 1% ,EEG以局灶或弥漫性慢波增多为主。癫痫患儿EEG异常程度与智力低下程度呈正相关性。结论 EEG对癫痫分型、诊断具有重要价值 ;

Objective: To explore the significance of EEG in the diagnosis,the classsification of primary epilepsy;To explore the corelation between EEG and IQ in primary epilepsy.Methods:The routine EEG recording and IQ examination were used in 70 6～12years old patient with primary epilepsy.Results:The abnormality rate of EEG was 65.17%,The detectability rate of epileptiform waves in EEG was 22.31%,The increasing of focal or diffuse slow waves were main feature in EEG of the patients.The degree of EEG abnormality in epilepsy is positive to the degree of low IQ.Conclusion:EEG has important value for classification and diagnosis of patients in primary epilepsy;the lower in IQ score,The more abnormal of EEG indicate in primary epilepsy.
