外周静脉营养在外科危重病人中的应用

Application of parietal parenteral nutrition criticaly ill surgical patients

目的 研究外周静脉营养支持对外科危重病人的治疗效果。方法 分析 1997年 1月～ 2 0 0 1年 12月共收治的 460例外科危重病人 ,采用外周静脉营养治疗的与对照组进行疗效比较。结果 采用外周静脉营养支持的2 2 5例危重病疗效明显好于对照组 2 3 5例。结论 外周静脉营养支持在外科危重病人的治疗中是有效、安全、实用的 。

Objective: To evaluate the effect of parietal parenteral nutrition(PPN)in critically ill surgical patients. Methods: 460 critically ill surgical patients who were treated from Jan. 1997.to Dec.2001.were reviewed. they were devided into two groups.one group received PPN.the other group did not. Results: the effect of 255 patients who received PPN is obviously better than that of the other 235 patients who didn't receive PPN. Conclusion: PPN in riticaly ill surgical patients is safty. practical. effective. Should be spread.
