摘要 为提高校园摄像头的视频监控能力,实现对视频的采集、传输、存储、显示和查询等实时监控,提出一种基于实时负载均衡控制和高斯盲源分离技术的视频监控系统设计.采用实时负载均衡控制方法进行视频的采集和传输,经验模态特征分解方法进行视频存储特征的检测,结合视频状态谱特征量的差异性进行视频状态监测,基于B/S结构对视频查询流程进行开发.仿真结果表明,该系统可对摄像头监控视频的传输和存储状态进行实时监控,能确保视频安全显示,视频存储的准确率高达99%.当查询时间随视频数量的变化趋于平缓增加时,系统查询时间仅为0.32min. In order to improve the video monitoring capability of campus cameras and realize realtime monitoring of video acquisition,transmission,storage,display and query,a video monitoring system based on real-time load balancing control and Gauss blind source separation technology is proposed.The real-time load balancing control method is used for video acquisition and transmission,and the empirical mode feature decomposition method is used for video storage.The simulation results show that the system can monitor the transmission and storage status of video monitoring by camera in real time and ensure the safe display of video.The accuracy of video storage is 99%.When the query time tends to increase smoothly with the change of the number of videos,the query time of the system is only 0.32 minutes.
