海州湾地理信息共享平台的设计与研发

Design and Development of Geographic Information Sharing Platform in Haizhou Bay

根据数字海洋建设的需求,设计与研发了海州湾地理信息共享平台.该平台采用Java语言、HTML元素、CSS样式等计算机软件与GIS和RS相结合的技术,实现了海州湾地理信息共享平台的设计与研发,构建了海州湾基础地理信息数据库和海洋专题地理信息库,可实现对海洋基础地理信息和海洋专题信息等的集成显示、查询和编辑;将海州湾地理信息成果转化服务系统和二次开发接口相结合,实现海州湾岸线、海域使用、环境监测等信息的更新.海州湾地理信息共享平台可以可视化方式为政府部门、高校和大众提供海州湾海洋信息服务.

Geo-information sharing patform of Haizhou bay was designed and developed according to the demand of digital ocean.The system was constructed by using Java,HTML and CSS,combined with Geographical Information System(GIS)and Remote Sensing(RS)techniques.Basic geo-information and marine thematic information database were established.The system realized the key functions such as display,inquiry,and edit of relative marine information.The combination between marine information results transformation service system and secondary development interface can realize the update of marine data about coastal line,sea area usage,and environmental monitoring.The system can provide the relative government department,universities,and the public with the marine information service.
