"洛克定律"揭示了目标设定需要把握的明确度、难度和接受度等基本维度,按照这一理论,"跳一跳,够得着"的目标是最为理想的目标。实施目标管理重点在构建系统明确的目标体系、激发实施目标的双驱动力、实施科学准确的目标考核、运用有效到位的激励措施等环节。目标管理的重要使命就是培养"负责任的员工",逐步实现从结果控制向过程控制转变,从外部控制向员工自我管理转变,从"被动式"管理向"参与式"管理转变。
Locke's law reveals the basic dimensions of clarity, difficulty and acceptance of the goal setting. According to this theory, the goal of "Jumping up to get" is the most ideal target. The focus of the implementation of target management lies in setting up a clear target system, stimulating the dual driving force of the implementation goal, implementing scientific and accurate target assessment and using effective incentives. The important mission of target management is to cultivate "responsible employees", gradually change from result control to process control, from external control to employee self-management, and change from "passive" to "participatory" management.
