京津冀协同发展下的河北省生态环境承载力研究

Ecological Environmental Bearing Capacity in Hebei under the Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province

加快河北省生态环境建设对京津冀协同发展具有重要的战略意义。首先分析河北省生态环境的现状,然后结合河北省2005-2015年的统计数据,构建河北省生态环境综合承载力指标体系,并应用主成分分析法提取影响河北省生态环境承载力的主成分并综合评价。最后,提出提高河北省生态环境承载力的建议。

Accelerating the construction of ecological environment in Hebei Province is strategic importance to the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province. This paper analyzes the current situation of ecological environment in Hebei Province. Based on the statistical data from 2005 to 2015, the index system is established on ecological environment comprehensive bearing capacity. By using the principal component analysis method,factors that affect the ecological environmental bearing capacity are evaluated. Through the analysis of the principal component score,suggestions are given to improve Hebei Province ecological environment bearing capacity.
