New Ideas on the Institutional Reform of University Libraries in Digital Age

以计算机技术、通信技术与网络技术为基础的数字时代的到来,改变了人们利用信息、传播信息和获取信息的方式。高校图书馆作为保存人类文化遗产,开展社会教育,传播信息资源的智慧库藏,其组织结构与管理模式正面临着新的挑战。本文主要阐述数字时代对高校图书馆机构改革的必要性,分析与探讨目前高校图书馆机构管理工作的现状,进而改革与创新高校图书馆管理要求。

The advent of the digital age based on computer technology,communication technology and network technology has changed the way people use,disseminate and access information. University library is facing new challenges to fulfil its functions. This paper mainly elaborates the necessity of the digital age to the reform of the university library,analyzes and discusses the present situation of its management,and then suggests reform and innovation of the management requirements.
