摘要
作者设计出一种前后带有双开门的可逆式反击式破碎机箱体,利用SolidWorks软件建立三维模型,再利用ANSYS Workbench软件对破碎机箱体进行有限元模态分析。通过分析了解了箱体固有频率与振型等破碎机箱体动态特性,为破碎机箱体动态优化设计奠定了基础。
A reversible impact crusher frame was designed with two pairs of doors that one installed at the front and the other at the back. Based on the three - dimensional model established by SolidWorks and the finite element analysis of reversible impact crusher frame done by ANSYS Workbench, the dynamic characteristics of the frame such as natural frequencies and model shapes were acquired, which would lay a foundation to improve the dynamic optimization design for the crusher frame.
