摘要
从社会学政策分析的视角,通过对廊坊市高校毕业生的问卷调查与个案访谈,深刻分析京津冀就业政策协同对大学生就业行为、就业能力、就业机会可能产生的影响,进一步优化区域内大学生人力资源配置。
Based on the questionnaires and case interview of Langfang college graduates, profound analysis was made from the perspective of sociology policy to explore the impact of the collaborative development policy on students’ employment behavior, ability and employment opportunities to further optimize human resources of in this region.
