思想入党和组织入党是列宁建党思想的核心。思想入党是指党的理论、策略和目标等。组织入党指的是党的组织原则和活动纪律。但两者并不是孤立的因素,思想入党是组织入党的前提,组织入党是思想入党的保证。只有坚持思想对党的引领和严密、严格的组织纪律,才可以保证党的健康发展。
