全过程育人视角下航天院校科技创新团队培养案例研究

Training Technical Innovation Team in Astronautic University from the Perspective of Whole-Process-Education

摘要 高校是创新人才培养的重要基地,作为行业特色型院校,航天院校学生科研、创新有良好的专业基础和环境支持,研究航天院校科技创新培养模式,有积极的意义。基于对航天特色院校创新创业团队的案例研究,提出以全过程育人为视角,梳理全过程育人与高校创新教育的互动关系,分析高校科技创新团队培养的意义并基于此提出全过程育人视角下航天院校科技创新团队培养的思路。 Higher education institutions are essential bases to cultivate students’innovative ability.As industry featured universities,Astronautics universities have great talents in the professional foundations and atmosphere.It is of significance to study the mode of training technical innovation team in astronautics universities.On the basis of case study,this study puts forward the perspective of whole-process-education and elaborates its relationship to the innovation education.It also analyzes the significance of innovation team training in universities and finally gives suggestions on the training approach.
