摘要
量化考核在学生德育管理中的应用能够有效地引导学生成人成才,为应用型高校学生由学校走向社会在思维模式和行为习惯上打好基础。德育量化考核的良好运行需要五大要素:建立德育量化考核的指标体系;形成全校上下协同的德育量化管理体制;充分发挥学生的主动性;营造德育量化考核的文化氛围;由学校学生管理部门进行必要的指导监管。
The application of quantitative assessment in the management of students’moral education can effectively guide students to become adults,and lay a good foundation for applied college students from school to society in thinking mode and behavior habits.The good operation of moral education quantitative assessment requires five major elements:establishing an index system for quantitative assessment of moral education,forming a quantitative management system for moral education in the whole school,making full use of the initiative of students,creating a cultural atmosphere for quantitative assessment of moral education,and conducting necessary supervision by the school student management department.
