摘要 通过在采煤机机身上安装气幕,利用气幕隔断技术控制采煤机滚筒产生的呼吸性粉尘向采煤司机处的扩散。以气固两相流作用原理为基础,粉尘固体颗粒的物性及粉尘颗粒的受力分析为研究对象,分析固体颗粒在气流中的运动规律,通过数值模拟及分析,确定气幕隔尘效果的影响因素。 Through setting air curtain in coal winning machine,air curtain separate technology prevented coal winning machine roller generating respirable dust from spreading tocoal winning machine driver.Based on air and solid two-phase flowtheory,properties of solid particles and dust particles of dust force analysis were taken as study object,solid particle movement in airstream law was analyzed,through numerical modeling and analyzing,the influencing factors of air curtain dust proof effect were settled.
